The photothermal effect occurs on the area outside the area where the photomechanical effect occurs. Coagulation occurs in small veins in this area by photothermal effect. With the effect of photo stimulation, collagen synthesis is stimulated in these areas, new connective tissue formation is ensured, and a significant recovery and tension of the skin is obtained.
